No Show / Cancellation Policy

We understand – life is often unpredictable. We accept cancellations at any time, but we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment. If you are a “no show” or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be asked to pre-pay prior to booking in the future. No shows for packaged services will forfeit that service. The artists / Technician, also has the right to charge you the full amount your service would have been if you cancel less than 24 hours, or change your service from a multiple hour appointment to a shorter appointment last minute. We do this because we value our artists / technicians time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

REFUND POLICY

 The stylists delight themselves on providing you with exceptional service. ARock Wellness Spa does NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS ON SERVICES OR GIFT CARD PURCHASES. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you had in the spa, please notify the artist/ technician that performed the service within 3 days of the service.  We require that you return to the spa so that your concern can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to adjust your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the artist/ technician who performed the initial service. It is up to the artists/ technician who performed your service to rectify the situation after the second appointment if you are still unsatisfied. We appreciate each of you as clients and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You may call management if your artists / technician has not tried to rectify the situation and we will try to help you the best we can.
